I ate at the restaurant around 11:30pm-12:00am. I had a sourdough grilled chicken sandwich with the garlic and herb fries and two regular tacos with a small sprite drink. I went home and to bed within an hour or so. I awoke the following morning feeling queasy and dizzy with a discomfort in my stomach. I experienced diarrhea throughout the day and then vomiting, cold chills, and profound weakness. I had no appetite and did not eat at all. By late afternoon I had to see a doctor as I was feeling faint and hyperventilating. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness, Dizziness, Chills, Loss of Appetite
