We got the combo box that came with 30 plus mini tacos and chicken nuggets with 2 large orders of fry’s. After ingesting it my girlfriend and I were sick from food poisoning which included us throwing up and spending a lot of time on the toilet up till 2 am. This was our first time ever eating jack in the box and it needs to be reported | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
