My Mom and I went to the Jack in the Box, last Friday, 3/15/19, for dinner. I ordered tacos, and she ordered the special 'fish sandwich, fries, and a diet coke, for $4.99. This was at 7PM. 30 minutes after she ate, she had an intense stomach ache so bad, she was sweating from the pain. The vomiting started at 10PM, when she normally goes to bed. She was vomiting and had diarrhea, until I had to get her to a hospital at 1:30AM. She's also a diabetic, and was extremely dehydrated! She was in the hospital until this last Monday, 3/18/19. I got her home at 8:30PM. Please note that my Mom is '89' years old, but very active. That's when I contacted your company, and filled out the form. I don't know you are the proper place to report this. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Sweating
