Gusto Meal Causes ER Visit - Japan, Shibuya City Tōkyō-to

Friday April 24th at 7pm had my only meal of the day at Gusto. Hamburg steak (ground beef+pork patty) and grilled chicken breast. Everything seemed cooked. A few hours later stomach cramps started which would last more than a week. Later that night and into the next 3 days experienced severe nausea, dizziness, fatigue, vomiting and diarrhea. Went to ER on 2nd day. Symptoms continued for 8 days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Dizziness, Fatigue
