I ordered a Italian sub, Mikes way with Mayo and Bacon, and my stomach started hurting within a few hours. It was the only food I had that day so I know it was the sandwich. Violent vomiting, diarrhea and fever for hours afterwards into the night. A 911 call was made as well with how bad off I was.
