Two of us got Italian sandwiches: rosemary bread, cheese, oil, lettuce, herbs, and jalapeños; white, no cheese, oil, herbs, jalapeños, pickles. had horrible stomach and intestinal cramps within 40 minutes, severe nausea, and some vomiting. Also broke out in hives, no known food allergies. Other is fine. This is the only different food we have had for several days. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
