Regular Italian sub, mikes way, no oil, relish instead of mayo. Told my wife at the time that the sandwich didn't taste good. Bread was soaked with vinegar. Cramping started three hours later, diarrhea about five hours later. Vomiting 10 hours later. Felt like a softball was jammed below my navel. Felt better after vomiting but not 100% yet. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps
