My wife and I got two sandwiches mine was vegetarian hers was same with bacon This was only meal we had that day due to surgery in AM we both got bad diarrhea within one hour of eating. My wife and I both got sick and only meal we had that day!Violent Diarrhea | Symptoms: Diarrhea
