At 4:30 pm, ate a California Club Sub (Turkey, Avocado, Bacon) and 30 minutes later began experiencing excruciating, stabbing lower intestinal cramping. At 7:45 pm had 6 consecutive bouts of increasingly liquid, explosive diarrhea (once every 5-10 minutes). My stomach now feels like it has been turned inside out and is extremely sore. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Soreness
