Ordered pepperoni and sausage pizza and breadsticks on Sunday July 21st, 2024, ordered in the evening and it was the only food I had eaten during the entire day. Awoke at 4 am with stomach cramps and diarrhea, while using bathroom I was unable to stop vomit from coming out at the same time. For the next 17 hours I could not keep any fluids down at all, even small sips, and wretched while vomiting over and over. I did not keep count of the total number of vomiting episodes I had, but I know it was more than 20 along with intense greenish diarrhea. Mild fever (101.6 F), but periods of intense chills followed by heavy sweating. It is now Wednesday and I am still suffering heavily, just had my first meal (toast) since this all started and I still feel sick. The diarrhea has decreased in frequency but not in intensity. I don’t know if I have ever been this sick before and I’ve had malaria twice while over seas and it was never this intense | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Sweating
