Late Friday night my boyfriend brought home some dinner for us. We ate pepperoni pizza and jets bread. The only food that I ate that he didn't was ranch dressing. I went to bed at 12:30 and woke up at 6 feeling horribly neasous and was not able to keep anything down all day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
