Saturday, 11/27/21. Had the cauliflower crust with pepperoni, beef, onions, mushrooms and green peppers. Violently throwing up and diarrhea three hours after I ate the pizza., Not sure, maybe mushrooms. I ordered 2 cauliflower crust pizzas from there, I was going to eat one the next day. I ate the pizza and three hours after eating the pizza I was feeling nauseous, then violently threw up and had diarrhea. I had 2 protein bars that day so the pizza was definitely the reason for the illness. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
