I also had extreme bloating and stomach cramps, and eventually threw up and I did go number two, but I threw up more than once, and I did have the cheese pizza before that I had baby carrots

I don’t know the cause and I almost went to the ER because the pain was extreme but I feel a little bit better this morning and I belched once or twice and could taste the pizza. It wasn’t an acid reflux but I almost felt like I was gonna throw up again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloating, Acid reflux
