On December 22nd my husband got several Ground Beef Tacos for lunch between 12-1pm. By 1am he was violently sick. This incident had followed me getting sick from the same item at a different location nearly a week earlier. He also had never felt so sick in his life and had a headache and horrible back pain accompanying his other symptoms. Our son who had eaten a bean and cheese burrito was not made ill and has not become ill. It is our strong opinion that the beef from both locations was contaminated or another ingredient found in the ground beef tacos. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
