Breakfast Sausage Illness Reoccurs - Walmart, Longview Texas

Bought the Jimmy Dean Hot Breakfast Sausage (1lb roll). Used half to make sausage gravy Christmas morning. Husband and I were both ill afterwards, but assumed it was a hangover from the night before. It took two and a half days to feel 100% okay again. Used the other half of the roll last night to make breakfast tacos, and now we are both sick again. This is our usual brand, and we've never previously had an issue, so I'm not sure if the company or the store is to blame for poor handling. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
