I ate a club tuna sub with no tomato, also a bag of chips. Only thing I had eaten that calendar day. after eating I started having sting and wick bowel movements. The first 6 hours the cramping began but was intermittent and I also had muscle aches in my neck. 12 hours later in the middle of the night stand severe cramps and mild diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Muscle Pain
