On March 29, 2018 at about 1.13pm, I bought the following items at the KFC outlet located inside Big C Future Park Rangsit, the province of Pathum Thani: chicken breast, a tuna salad, a coleslaw, and a large-sized 7-Up with ice. About five hours after eating them, I had a single instance of diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
