Chicken Meal Causes Nausea - KFC, England

Felt fine in the morning but after going to kfc having the little meal box 2 boneless chicken and chips started to feel sick within a few hours eventually causing me to leave work early really bad stomach pains feeling like i was going to be sick as the night went on barely able to move without feeling really sick leading to eventually being sick multiple times that night.
