Chicken Meal Illness Symptoms - KFC, Springfield Ohio

I got a 3 piece meal containing a chicken breast, mashed potatoes with gravy and a biscuit. After about an hour, I began feeling sick. I was in and out of the bathroom for about 6 hours. Vomiting, diarrhea, cramping and toward the end, (when the toilet water was clear) there was blood. Today, 3 days later, stomach is still cramping some and my stools are black. I took pepto bismol so my husband said that may be the cause of the black stools. I have an appointment with my doctor in 2 days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
