Ordered fried chicken and tower burger and some other stuff. My 7 year old son had some pieces of chicken and so did my wife and my guest friend. After a few bites my son started complaining of foul smell. So we smelled the food and it smelled of pee (ammonia). My wife, who is 7 months pregnant started feeling nauseous and sick. She chucked all the food which was in her plate in the bin before getting sick all over the bathroom floor.We packed whatever food was left and took it to there. Spoke to the manager who took the bag in and came back to say that there only 2 burgers, fries in the box. So I explained that some of the food has gone on the bin and some we consumed. To which she said that since there are only 2 burgers, we can only refund for the 2 burgers.
Since the friend chicken box was missing a piece she refused to refund anything and of the total value that we paid £31 she refunded us £9. I told her that I intend to make a proper complain for the food agency and the company, to which she said,”Do you know where to make the complaint?”. Didn’t even apologies once in the entire conversation and had a “Don’t care” attitude. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Something else, Other
