Had wicked wings, chips and gravy...1 hour later and I have wicked diarrhea :( It's all I've had today, so it was definitely the KFC | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Food poisoning can take weeks for the symptoms to appear. It might have been something else that you ate. If the chicken was cooked through and hot, only the gravy would be likely to make you sick.
