Family Sick After KFC Meal - KFC, Puteaux Île-de-France

For the attention of the general management of KFC France,

I want to report food poisoning that affected my family after our visit to your KFC restaurant in the 4temps La Défense shopping center (Restaurant Code: 79092004) on January 11, 2025 at 7:58pm.

We ordered the following menus:
• XL MENU BUCKET4: with 2 fries, 2 corn, 2 Pepsi, orangina, sprite and Perrier.
• Children's menu (sandwich fish): a bottle of water and 1 corn.

A few hours after eating this meal, the following symptoms appeared:
• My son (11): severe abdominal pain at 2 and 7 am.
• My wife: vomiting first thing in the morning.
• My daughter (5 years old): vomiting that has persisted since the night until now.
• Myself: nausea and general fatigue.

My family is currently bedridden, and the symptoms are still present despite the first aid provided.

I am requesting an audit of the foods served on January 11, 2025, including those included in our order, and an investigation into the hygiene and food safety practices at this establishment. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fatigue
