Last night 13/02/17 we went to buy dinner from KFC I at two peices of chicken chips coleslaw and potatoes an gravy I was fine after I ate so I went to bed . when I woke I went toilet and had diarrhea sat there for almost 30mins when I got off the toilet I was very dizzy I then started vommitting and since haven't stopped its yellow vomit with blood ??? | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dizziness
