My friend and I ordered burgers, chips, chicken and coleslaw. My friend didn’t get sick but he didn’t eat chips. He only had a spoonful of coleslaw to taste whereas I had a bowl of coleslaw. 3 hours after my meal, I was vomiting all night so I went to the doctor next day who said I had gastro and prescribed me with pills. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas
