I ate chicken sandwich with pickles, also had some popcorn chicken, potato wedges, and a little coleslaw. I didn't finish eating the meal because it upset my stomach. Many hours passed before i woke up at 5 am with severe stomach pain. I took a few sips of water and projectile vomited 3x and then had severe diarrhea for an extended period of time. I got body chills, sharp stomach pain, dizziness, headache, and of course nausea. I took a visit to the ER where they confirmed its more than likely a food illness. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness, Chills, Stomach Pain
