I bought Taco Bell on 3/20/17. I purchased two soft tacos and a crunch wrap supreme. I had my meal around 7:30pm. After having the tacos I felt like something was off. It was much more filling than I remember. I had a few bites of the crunch wrap and felt so bloated that I stopped and threw it out. Around 11 pm I had diarrhea and violently threw up. Both occurred every half hour after that until 6 am. I also experienced chills, sweating, and a fever. It's now 4:12 pm the following day and I am still experiencing stomach pains. I had zofran remaining from a bad experience with the stomach bug last month, and this did not help with the nausea and vomiting last night. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Chills, Sweating, Stomach Pain
