Approx 4 hours after my fiancé and I got home (8:00 pm Sunday 9/8/24) from Kimono my fiancé started violently vomiting and having diarrhea which lasted until 7:30am. I was in gastric pain all night and also started vomiting and having diarrhea around 5:00am of which diarrhea lasted until approx 3:00pm today 9/10/24. I also had a fever Monday of 102.1. I feel we definitely had food poisoning. He had the combo chicken/steak with mixed vegetables and a salad with ginger dressing. I had the shrimp with vegetables and added a salad with ginger dressing. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache, Gas
