Spicy Chicken Flight Illness - Airlines, Cape Town Western Cape

Felt perfectly fine before, didn’t eat anything worrisome that day. KLM offered only “spicy chicken” (chicken, potatoes and rice), no vegetarian option. After 30min started with diarrhoea and vomiting. 11hr flight completely horrible.
