Recalled Beef Illness Suspected - Private Selection, Stockbridge Georgia

2 years ago reported by user-rwht9786 business

Kroger, Highway 138 Southeast, Stockbridge, GA, USA

3618 Highway 138 Southeast, Stockbridge, 30281 Georgia, United States

Private Selection Angus Roast Beef, I am currently waiting on my lab results to find out if I've been sickened by the recalled beef. I bought and consumed Angus Roast Beef from here on 3/22. I have been sick with vomiting, diarrhea, fever, chills, sweating, stomach cramps, sore throat, muscle pain, weakness in my arms and legs, lightheadedness, and severe dehydration since 3/24. I also had some facial swelling and patches of dry skin on my hands but not sure if it's related.

I had to seek medical treatment twice in the last week to help alleviate my symptoms while the bacteria worked through my system. I've never been more sick in my life!

I'm finally feeling better today 3/30. Almost 6 days of severe illness! I filed a report with FSIS and my local department of health but have not heard back from anyone.

My PCP ordered a stool sample test for E. Coli, salmonella, norovirus, listeria, shigella, hep A, and also for parasites/ova. I should have my results by Friday 3/31.

We need to know what distributors and retailers processed and sold the beef. Why hasn't the list been published yet? | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Dehydration, Weakness, Chills, Sweating, Lightheaded, Muscle Pain, Swelling, Sore Throat
