Mac & Cheese Nausea - Kroger, Columbus Ohio

A month ago on July 1st, it was 20-30 minutes after I ate some Stouffer's Mac and Cheese with Baked Bread Crumbs. I had bad explosive diarrhea and severe nausea, had to stay in bathroom for an hour and threw up an hour later. Could see the chunks of cheese and bread crumbs in my vomit which was disgusting. NEVER eating this again! Take it off the shelves! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
