Had an undercooked polpette (meatballs) around 5.30pm (01/18/23). Meatball was pink in the middle. Woke around 4.50am with extreme cramping and diarrhea the following morning (01/19/23). Now on the 3rd day of illness. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
