Additional information: While in a vacation to San Antonio we visited Sea World on Sunday March 30th. We ate a late lunch at Las Tortugas Taqueria.
My 17 year old son ordered Chicken Flautas. It came with guacamole. None of the rest of the family had the chicken or guacamole. This was at 3:160pm. By 6 or 7 my son complained of nausea and feeling generally unwell. Around 8:30pm he started throwing up violently. He also developed diarrhea and continued to throw up about every 60-75 minutes throughout the entire night. He finally stopping vomiting around 6am the following morning. He feel nauseous and weak the rest of the next day and was finally able to hold down pedalite and saltine crackers later in the day. We had a great time at Sea World we just don't want other to loose an entire day of their vacation to being sick. Nobody else in the family had the chicken or the guacamole. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
