After eating ruffles sour cream and cheddar along with Lays plain potato chips I experience nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting within hours of eating these chips. This has been happening for years. After googling this issue, I found that Lays have an ingredient called Olestra in their chips that cause these type of reactions. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
