My mother and I shared one meal: gyro platter with french fries and a Greek salad. The next day, we both fell violently ill (projectile vomiting, extreme fatigue, diarrhea, fever, and head aches). We believe the salad was unwashed or contaminated by dirty hands, since the meat was fully cooked. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Fatigue
