- High Priority - - From initial inspection : High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed four live roaches on floor of kitchen near and on cook line. Person in charge was able to kill and remove three. Observed two live roaches in glue traps on floor of front counter area. **Repeat Violation** **Admin Complaint** - From follow-up inspection 2024-03-05: Observed one live roach on crawling behind black pump box of the bag n box machine. Discussed with operator about having machine serviced so it can be disassembled and cleaned. **Admin Complaint**
