Had a Dill & Herb Bagel, only thing to eat on the day early in the morning. Enjoyed the bagel, until yeh very last bit which tasted horrid! I spat it out and forgot about it. Few hours later I started to feel very nauseas with stomach cramps, this continued for 4 days with a lot of diarrhoea. Worst experience of food poisoning. Feel like I will not touch a bagel or cream cheese again! Thought of it makes me feel like I am going to be sick. The image of keeps popping into my head almost daily (3 weeks on!) it repulses me! | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps, Diarrhea
