Additional information: It may have been from some fresh lion's mane mushrooms i got from a local farmer's market. I cooked them and ate them for dinner and the next day at lunch. The other possible source was from a cake I also got from a local farmer's market. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
