My boyfriend and i ordered little ceasers last night (3 meat and cheese bread) and right after i ate some my stomach started turning and i started having diarrhea. this morning i woke up and i felt awful, my stomach was cramping, and ive been having stomach pains and a low grade fever (100.0 currently) that is now developing into a migraine. i was thinking of going to urgent care cause i was worried about having maybe picking up an infection from work as im a housekeeper at hospice. but as my boyfriend was getting up he started getting the stomach cramps and feels like he has symptoms starting pop up. so im assuming its food poisoning as that was the only thing me and him ate together yesterday. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Stomach Pain, Migraine
