Last night my son and I were rushed to the hospital., I was told bacteria from the pizza purchased here in Chickasaw, Alabama I ordered two Pizzas from Door dash yesterday day evening 1 Sausage and 1 pepperoni pizza. My husband and oldest son only ate Sausage pizza they did not get sick. My youngest son and I only ate Pepperoni pizza and we were sick after a few hours we were the only one affected by eating this poisonous pizza. I also have paperwork from USA children's and women's hospital. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
