Raw Chicken, No Apology - Logan's Roadhouse, Gulfport Mississippi

My husband ordered a ribeye medium rare well they cooked it wellll past done. He got a creamy chicken dinner with a side of fries to go. The chicken was swimming in cream sauce so couldn't see that it was actually raw. He's been up since midnight with the worst case of food poisoning. I went up to Logans at 11am on 7/12/26 only to be laughed at by the staff and manager telling me that it was "smoked" and supposed to be pink. Yes smoked chicken will have some pink color but this is completely raw with a foul odor. I eat smoked meats and barbecue regularly so I know what it's supposed to look and taste like. I received no apology or even a refund just condescending feedback and that I was essentially an idiot. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
