Appetizer Trio Illness - Logan's Roadhouse, Pooler Georgia

So I ate on Sunday evening, January 14, 2018, at around 7-8 pm. I purchased the appetizer trio which included the Chicken Tenders (ate them all by myself) , Mozarella Sticks (shared one with my brother who isnt ill), and buffalo wings (I decided to save it for the following day because I wasnt too hungry). I was fine until an hour later when I developed horrible diarreha as well as stomach pains. After 45 minutes on the toilet I assumed I was better so i went to bed. However, at around 2 am I vomited for the first time. I proceeded to vomit liquids and chunks up 2 more times. I also vomited some spit and few chunks up 3 more times after that. I also had chills throughout the night. I then went to sleep and stayed asleep until 9 am where I developed a fever and body aches. I took medicine and went back to sleep until 1 pm where my parents had me eat some soup and went back to sleep until 6. I developed a loss of apetite and a headache which has yet to go away.
