Cigarette Smell in Meal - Long John Silver's, Moline Illinois

I personally ate the cod meal that cost 7.99. I drank a rootbeer float which was bland but fine. As soon as the plate was in front of me I began to smell what seemed like cigarette ashes. I smelled the fish and it smelled ok. The green beans smelled like cigarette and tasted like it too. I took the plate back and explained. The cashier lady gave me a look like I was lying and then sighed a sigh like I was disturbing her and finally told me "ok I guess we can get you another one." That is NOT the way you treat a guest to your establishment. I OWNED a restaurant and we would NEVER act that way. By the way, the second plate with broccoli instead of green beans was horrible and smelled like cigarette ash too. For the past few hours I have been in and out of the bathroom with severe stomach pain and explosive diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
