I started having belching and abdominal pain and borborygmus. I first took simethicone ... Two times during the night. I finally fell asleep around three only to wake up to explosive diarrhea. This continued for about 4 hours. I took Imodium once I was empty because I had plans to be away from the house. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Burping
