4/05/2019 We ordered food for our company lunch. I got a taco salad with shrimp. My coworker got a shrimp cocktail. She was unimpressed & gave it to me. I was super disappointed with my salad as well but I love shrimp so I ate hers & mine. Felt awful & vomitted the next day about 24 hrs later. Vomitted the next morning. Felt like I had the flu: chills, nausea, aches all over, was so tired. My belly was bloated and hurt like never before. Between my headache & belly aching, I could barely sleep. Next morning, my bowels gave up on life. I had horrible watery diarrhea for 24 hours. My stomach is still sensitive and it's been 8 days. Either the shrimp was undercooked or spoiled or both. I feel so betrayed by my favorite food ? | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain, Bloating
