Fish Taco Illness: Severe Vomiting - Los Cucos, Las Vegas Nevada

Yesterday Eating fish taco from take home box, brought home and refrigerated on Sunday from the location above. Within hours I began projectile vomiting, at least 6 times, I have a mess in the house and I am still not feeling well. Also my bowels began to empty frequently (not diarhea but loose). Eventually, nothing remained from my bowels or stomach, I have been drinking water with ginger ale since waking up to try to rehydrate. I did receive a Flu shot yesterday at 2 p.m. but never reacted this way to a Flu shot. I believe it was food poisoning as bad as this mess here looks from the vomit. I had asked for my tacos to be well done but they were not. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Dehydration
