I ate a bowl of Lucky Charms cereal with app. one cup of 2% milk. Within 3-4 hours, I had nausea and a strong urge to vomit. When I tried to throw up, I had a belch that seriously lasted 4-5 seconds. At that point, the urge to vomit subsided, but several times throughout the night, I was awakened but that same urge to throw up, only to have it be a similar belch. | Symptoms: Nausea
