I thought maybe my son picked up a virus at school and that my daughter caught it 3 days later. May still be true but that was the week I ran out of bagels and my son “needed” to go to his #2 breakfast choice. Within 24 hours he has severe stomach cramping & low grade fever. He only vomited once and had soft stool. Lasted 24 hours for severe cramping to go away and 48 for all symptoms to go away.My daughter does not eat cereal in general but because her brother was she had one bowl & again within 24 hours had the same symptoms as above. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps
