Lucky Charms Cereal, WinCo Foods, Northeast Bend River Mall Drive, Bend, OR, USA

60 Northeast Bend River Mall Drive, Bend, 97701 Oregon, United States

I had a bowl of Lucky Charms on Thursday the 17th before I went to bed. This was around 11:30 pm. I laid down to sleep and could not I was hit with a pain like no other I have ever experienced. It felt like I needed to puke pass gas or p**p. I could do neither of those things. I laid in pain for hours before it was so overwhelming I had to go to my local ER. I was placed under their care around 2:00 am on the 18th. The ran test and couldn’t really figure out what was wrong with me. I then had an x ray and a cat scan was done. After this I had to go through another pain that I would not wish upon my worst enemy. I had a tube placed into my nose and scrammed down my throat into my stomach. After this submitted to a room in so much stomach pain and now this tube and IV in my arm. Told to just relax sleep and try to not mess with my tube. Worst night and day until around 3:00 pm was I finally able to get the tube taken out to move onto a limited liquid diet. Three hours later came some jello then broth then finally solid foods. Released at 5:30pm with a report of having some Multiple mid small bowel loops causing my pain and misery of this 24 hours of hell. It was the only thing I had eaten in hours after working in the garden that day. I had it with almond milk. I have never been in so much pain in my life. I’m healthy 46 year old male I knew something had to be an issue with what I ate. Who would have thought cereal could do this and make me check myself into local Emergency Clinic. | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Gas

Avocado, tomato, lime, Last night (technically 1 AM 4/19/24) I made a simple guacamole with two avocados, two roma tomatoes, and the juice of one lime. The produce was purchased from HEB on 4/15/24. All of the produce looked and smelled fresh and was washed (although likely … See More
not well enough) before making the guacamole. Within 3 hours of making and eating the guacamole I began having severe stomach cramps, nausea, and vomiting. I also felt as if I might have diarrhea but I couldn't (possibly due to previous two days of fasting with no food and no water). I am 100% certain it was from the guacamole as everything else that I had eaten earlier that day my children also ate and they did not get sick (they did not eat the guacamole).  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Cramps
