Fall of 2020. September, My daughter is her favorite cereal. Lucky Charms. Bought a new box of Lucky Charms while grocery shopping. Allowed my 4 yr old daughter, who's 5 now, to eat a bowl of cereal with no milk. I poured a small bowl for her and she watched her cartoons, ate the cereal, and brought the empty bowl to me when done. About 6 hours later she complained about not feeling well. She began to run a fever of 101.4. Later that night she vomited once. The fever remained after taking Children's Tylenol because she vomited that back up shortly after taking it. She didn't want to eat anything that next day. I don't have exact dates right now. I haven't let her eat Lucky Charms since and she has been perfectly fine and healthy. | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting
