I purchased a meal on Monday the 19th of December, 2022 from this grocery store. It was Santa Maria tri-tip with brussel sprouts and bow tie pasta. Unfortunately I became sick after eating this meal. I have a fever and have severe nausea and had the worst heartburn I have ever experienced in my life. I have purchased this meal many times but this time it was different the brussel sprouts were very spicy and the meat was cooked differently. It was dry and seemed overcooked. Even the pasta was different and that’s been a big favourite of mine. Currently I am feeling horrible with severe stomach pains and heartburn and I have a headache and slight fever. I absolutely believe I have food poisoning because that’s the only thing I ate yesterday which was Tuesday the 20th of December. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Something else, Fever, Headache, Stomach Pain, Heartburn
